Otsego Memorial Hospital (OMH) was founded in 1951 and has grown steadily through the years, keeping pace with the growth of its dynamic home community of Gaylord, Michigan.
With the support of more than 575 employees, Otsego Memorial Hospital confidently provides the healthcare needs of the nine communities in our primary service area. That’s why we say, “good health starts here.”
Governed by the Otsego Memorial Hospital Association’s 10-member Board of Directors, the Association is a private and not-for-profit corporation, operating independently in a competitive healthcare environment for more than 50 years.
Valued partnerships that help us meet our mission include:
- Munson Home Health, which has its Gaylord offices in our Professional Medical Building, and of which OMH is a minority shareholder
